PhD Program Requirements

Most universities base admission decisions on academic records and relevant test scores, such as TOEFL, GRE/GMAT. The required documents for postgraduate programs include:

Intake Periods/Deadlines

Admission calendars for most Turkish universities follow a similar schedule, with intake periods starting in December of the previous year and running through August of the succeeding year. Some universities accept applications by the end of June for the Fall Semester, while others offer programs in the Spring Semester, with applications accepted by the end of December.

Prospective international students are encouraged to contact universities at least one year before entering to ensure ample time to fulfill requirements

  3. Submit the application through the Basak Education Services online platform.
  4. Ensure all required documents reach the Basak Education Services account before the admission deadline.
  5. Upon successful application, the university will issue acceptance documents to aid in the visa application process.
  6. Plan for travel and accommodation arrangements after completing the necessary steps.
